  4. You will gain increased understanding and sensitivity to environmental modifications and enrichments designed to help compensate for cognitive and functional limitation in a wide variety of lifestyle and living situations.

  5. You will have the opportunity to experience and explore a wide variety of emerging and existing personal, homecare, advanced healthcare, and assistive technologies to improve the lives of seniors and adullts with disabilities.

  6. Members of the private sector will have a shared opportunity to network with government, higher education, and non-profit organizations from across the region, state and nation to better understand & capture the benefits of the coming age wave.

  7. Consumers and consumer advocates will have an opportunity to explore new and emerging assistive and environmental technologies and learn about current aging issues such as longevity, retirement, financial planning, continuing education, amd alternative lifestyle choices.
